  1. Type "Hey, do I have a key logger installed?  Is anybody reading this?  Please let me know."

    If anybody responds, you probably have a key logger installed on your computer.


  2. You need to get yourself a antivirus installed and a firewall installed.

    You can use freeware below

    both are free


  3. SnoopFree which monitors your screen and keyboard for keyloggers etc:

    http://www.snoopfree.com/

    It will open a popup when any program tries to monitor your screen or keyboard and will ask whether to allow or deny access.
