How can I find out if my former employer will file their 2nd appeal against my unemployment?

  1. the previous poster is ABSOLUTELY WRONG!! If the employer loses the first appeal ..they will  file for #2.. because  its costs them NOTHING!!. the second appeal consists of this:  (at least in my  home state) they take the  audio tapes from the first appeal and send it to a review board..and they decide whether or not to uphold the previous decision. ( you nor they have to do anything and it costs no one anything).  

    Once more people getting poor or incorrect advice !!!!  Dont answer a question if you really dont know the answer...... LOOK IT UP PEOPLE!!


  2. You won't be able to know if they plan to file, but the unemployment office will let you know when they do if they decide to do it again. Most employers are not going to appeal it a second time though. It's too time consuming and costly to try to appeal again when it's likely the unemployment commission will not change their decision if the first appeal went in your favor.
