If you have windows xp then click onto the start button

- proceed to a button on the right that will say control panel

- once in the control panel click onto programs - uninstal programs

- once in uninstal programs look for another that says adware or spyware.. and thats how you will know

to uninstal click on it.. and press unistal

Go to:

Settings

Control Panel

Add/Remove Programs

From there you can see what your computer has for installed programs.  You can then click on what programs you want to install or uninstall.  Hope this helps =]
