There isn't a specific Arizona state law that bans online gambling as there is for the following 12 states: Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Michigan, Nevada, New York, New Jersey, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin.

There is however, the UIGEA (unlawful internet gambling enforcement act), passed into federal law in October 2006 that makes it illegal for financial institutions to process online gambling transactions.

As an individual, you are not breaking any law by wagering at an online casino from your desk in Arizona. The onus is on the banks to try to block your deposits which they have so far failed to do.

There are a selection of trusted online casinos that will take US players and I would personally recommend Blackjack Ballroom Casino or Captain Cooks Casino, both of which I have dealt with for years, building good relationships with the casino managers and support staff.

Online gambling is not illegal under Federal law. Federal law does not prohibit online gambling, but it does restrict your ability to deposit and withdraw, and can cause you to take some chances with your money with operators that may not be totally reliable.

Arizona is not listed as a state that has specific laws prohibiting online gambling. However, betting is illegal in many local juristictions, and local laws may prohibit it.

It is not illegal for Arizona residents to play online casino. For example Microgaming casinos are not available to residents living in Michigan, Illinois, Louisiana, Oregon, Washington, Wisconsin, Indiana, Nevada, South Dakota, New Jersey or New York. In these states there are state run monopolies. All other 39 states do not have these monopolies so you are fine in Arizona!
