How can I find out if someone was born in a State where he/she can actually access their own records?

    Just some quick info:

    Oregon, New Hampshire, Alabama, Kansas, Alaska give all adult adoptees access to their OBC's   Some states, like Ohio and Tennessee, give a good number of adoptees access.

    The only one that will be changing relatively soon is that as of 1/2009, all adult adoptees in Maine can access their OBC's.
