I'm looking for a guy that used to work for the Salvation Army in Salt Lake City, UT named Al Mitchell. The last I've heard, he was in the Salvation Army ARP in CO. I've tried everything to find out where he's gone, full name so I can find him, etc. I need to know what "I" can do to find him. I'm wondering if the Salvation Army can give me the information I need so I can search on my own. Thanks to anyone in advance!

  1. If your purpose is legitimate (like you're not a process server and you're not stalking him), you can contact the Salvation Army headquarters in the SLC area and give them an unsealed letter to him that you'd like them to forward. If they know how to contact him, they'll pass it along (but they do have to read it first to make sure you're not doing something goofy). And if they don't know where he is, they can add appropriate details to the letter, like his SSN and then they can submit it to the Social Security Administration's Letter Forwarding program...and SSA will send it to him. Again, they'll have to read the letter before it gets sent. So make sure your letter is above board and short, sweet and to the point.
