i dont really know if your talking about just saying "hey i want to donate some organs" or not but im sure that if say a family member or a dear friend in need of an organ and your the perfect match, im sure the hospital will have all the paper work for that to be done...im not really sure the answer you are trying to seek but i gave it a shot...hope i helped....
