You could contact the Benjamin Franklin Museum in Philadelphia.  They have an awesome train display there - someone there might point you in the right direction.

You may want to try International Union of Railways (Union Internationale des Chemins de Fer (translation: International Union of Railways) ). Apparently they made parts for such trains.
