  1. Vague question.  Basically, you need to go to the local public security bureau.  If you havent already registered (within 38 hours of arriving) you may be asked to pay a fine for that alone.  

    Thats the only way however, otherwise, look at your visa.  What is the validity?  If you overstayed, you wont be granted asnother visa for two years.
