How can I find out the value of an old book?

I found a couple old books in the wall of my house during some remodeling, both are over 100 years old. one of them is a Heath Reader and in really good condition concidering its age.The other is Spaling's Official Base Ball Guide, unfortunatly it's missing its cover and has many ripped pages.
