How can I find out what gauge my industrial barbell is?

I got an industrial piercing about six or seven weeks ago and I know that its a 34ml in length, but I want to buy other balls for the end of the bar, but don't know what gauge to get. Also, I'd really, really love to find a barbell in the shape of an arrow, kind of like this:

just without the bow, and not in a nipple sheild.
