How can I find out what phase the moon was in on the day I was born?

I was born on the 1st of October 1990. I'm designing a tattoo right now and I'd like to have the moon depicted in it showing the correct phase it was in when I was born. Don't worry either, I'm not just running out and getting it the second I'm 18... I'm asking for the phase of the moon, not for tattoo advice, thanks
