I know phone companies own blocks of phone numbers (such as: Verizon will own all numbers starting with (202) 323-xxxx and AT&T will own all numbers starting with (202) 324-xxxx)

I used to know of a web site where you can look up that information.

PLEASE HELP!!!

  1. That block of numbers is assigned to:

    Verizon, Washington, DC.

Yes, NANPA is the resource for finding this information.

    Use the "Utilized Codes Report":

    http://www.nanpa.com/nas/public/assigned...

    - Select "State" as:   District of Columbia

    - Select "NPA" as area:   202

    - Select "Continue"

    - Look down the NXX column until you see "475"

Here you will see Verizon, Washington, DC as the assigned company for that exchange block.
