How can I find out when item online go onsale?

I was on a shopping blog and they were talking about a program you can download that allows you to mark items you want to buy and when it goes onsale, it lets you know.

Does anyone know what that program is?

i have also heard about it , but not sure which program , but if you are gonna buy on ebay , join this and you get 1 % discount.

Don't know how, but most on line stores have sales all the time.  This one (for example) http://megacitywholesale.com/ has sales that never ends and there are thousands like that .....   good luck
