  1. Chakras are imaginary.  They don't REALLY exist at all.

So you can make up anything you like and pretend that's it.

  2. This is a simple finding: "Which is your ALL TIME favourite colour?" All of us know this answer more or less. Even if it differs from time to time, mostly the preference is for one colour. In every case, the answer indicates the dominant "chakra" in that person. It also indicates the main colour of the bioplasmic emanation (aura) in that person.... which can be verified by those who can physically see auras. The seven colours indicated by VIBGYOR are assigned to the seven chakras starting head first.

  3. Read the book "PERFECT WEIGHT" by Deepak Chopra. It gives you all the information you need.

  4. In Ayurveda medicine it's actually called a dominant Dosha. So I think if you search the Internet with the right word you should be able to find some sort of test online that will help determine it. Then after you take the test and determine whether you're Vatta, Pitta, or Kapha. Then you should also be able to find food lists and advice. Good luck!

  5. Each Chakra has it specific attributes. You can find a list of them in the source file. If you find your favorite attribute (such as color etc.) you will have found your charkra. You can heal the chakra through the use of singing bowls such as Tibetan Singing Bowls of Crystal Singing Bowls.
