How can I find out why my main ID was BARRED from the Pool Rooms? Who can I contact to dispute why this happen

The only thing I can think of was that I spammed a tourney and used more than 4 lines to do it. I did not know the policy but I apologize and would like my old ID back which was Lumberpro1 that was used in Angels_Haven League in the Paradise City Room in Intermediate pool. Someone please contact me on this as I really would like to have my old ID back. Thanks.
