How can I find people having knowledge in ancient history of India?

During my recent visit to different parts of South India I found wonderful stone sculptures, murals, caves, temples etc. I am interested to exchange views and knowledge about origin of tools used & technology deployed. I am also interested to know role of trade & traders to introduce developed implements / instruments in the society that affected culture of & economic anthropology of the society.

Why did you wait to get home to discuss all of this?

Go to a museum or the department of anthroopology in any recognised university.  contact the faculty there.  they will be able to help you.  or you can go to the archaeological dept. and that will also help.

Better try to visit the same place where u was excited. And try to meet the qualified old generation of people,gather some information from them also discuss the events regarding that. So that it'd be helpful to you to know more about the issues, including u can identify more persons who can clarify your queries
