How can I find some one who could help me at school?. I"M an orphan who is seekin for help!?

I live in Uganda, Northern region we have been going under insergency for 21 years, and there is no economic activities taking place. we're 3children's to our parents. I' the elder, we are looking for any kindly person to help sponsor my education here in Uganda. We lost our father in the year 1989 and our mother could not take good care of us since she is also a disable person.
