How can I find someone a little older than me to be my friend and protect me?

Let's say that I'm a kid,and i search a friend,older than me,to protect me and be good friends.Older Like,15-18 years old.It would be much better if I can find someone from my country,Romania.

Why would one need protection?  I dont understand.  Stand your ground when you have a problem and then people may leave you alone.  But if you must start talking to someone that maybe has an older brother that you can talk to about this.  Truthfully,  I have never come across someone that needs protection unless they were just a nerd so to  speak and couldnt talk or do for theirself.  Come on get with the program.
