How can I find someone who is willing to help me get to work on time and be compensated for gas?

I am trying to get a new job in King of Prussia across the street from the mall. I live in Philadelphia (Fern Rock area) and I need help getting to work on time. I have to work 8AM -5PM Tues./Fridays and I work 8AM -7PM Wed./Thurs. The next week I work Wed/Thur, 8-7 and Fri/Sat from 7AM-3PM. Does anyone know of any ridesharing and carpooling services available in my area?

I don't know.  In some malls there are ride share bulletin boards for employees.  Do you know if there is one at that mall?  

Maybe you could be the one to start it.

Since your hours vary so much, you might be able to ride the bus one way then be picked up by a ride share van.

Some Van Pools have weekly rates.  Find some then ask if you can ride share just 2 days a week.
