Question:

How can I find the address of my noisy neighbour's landlord?

We have his name from a land registry search, but the address shows as our neighbour's.

The surname is Mills, so it's quite common. And we don't know where he lives - we can only presume it's in the same town as us.

Tried BT phonebook but no joy.

  1. Local Tax Assessor's Office. Might be called something else in the UK but the property tax bill is sent to the owner's residence or place of business.  Also local fire department may have that information.  Good luck.

  2. if u want to report ur neighbour for being noisy go to enviromental health department at ur local council

  3. This guy is not cheating, the addresses of my rentals all appear on the records of the properties.

You could ask you neighbor.   But I can tell you as a landlord, if he was interested on talking to you he would drop by and leave his card.   I do this will all of my rentals, and there are people like you, PIA, non0sense complaints.

The landlord is not responsible for the vocal behaviors of their tenants.   These are grown people.   If you have a problem with them grow some balls and address THEM.   Why tattle?   That is so childish  it amazes me.   You do not like the noise, work it out yourself.

  4. You can go to town hall and look it up in the tax assessor's records.  Or many towns have the records on-line now.  A realtor will know the site your town uses if they are on-line.

  5. He is cheating by saying he lives in the rental house.  He doesn't want to be found.  In my city, they passed a rule that every landlord has to give his correct information to the city so he can be located in case of a problem.

You can visit with the renters and ask where they send their rent. And you can ask the neighbors if they know who the owner is- usually that is the best way to find him. Someone knows him.

  6. I would go to your local council and asks them who owns the property as you have some problems with the neighbours........or look up the local electoral role

  7. Call the police and make an unruly behavior  complaint against the neighbors
