How can I find the owner/manager's name of a company who's name I know in Carlsbad CA? (Two states away)

This company doesn't have a business liscense to trace that way. The company goes by the name of Profit Enterprises Inc. The owner/manager's first name is "Max." The phone number is [phone]. I would call myself but that might tip my hand that I need this info to file a small claims suit. The address is 1808 Aston Ave , Suite 115 and/or 155, Carlsbad, CA 92008.

"Profit Enterprises Inc." is not a legal entity in the State of California. There is no state registration for this company.

the number is disconnected. i looked up the info and the listed number has also been disconnected.  sry, i coulnt help more.
