How can I find things to do in my area?

I am a teenager and I live in an area where there is hardly anything for me to do at weekends. I'm usually skint but not old enough for a saturday job yet. Can anyone suggest something for my friends and I to do, or reccommend a website which could help?

I started a group on yahoo groups that invited members to share what they know was going on in our city and share info...it has been working great. also look up the county website where you live! Good luck!

ask around, rather than posting on here cause most of us wont know your area, umm, playstations and xbox's are always good, or truth or dare or general talking, if you have money always get the bus to the nearest big town and try swimming, or bowling, or SHOPPIIIIIIIING, good ole' retail therapy (Y) either way. (i coulda thought of more really >.<)

Try getting a paper-round.  Or make and sell things on ebay.

If there are lots of you, you could always run a customising business where you customise clothes for people in your area.  Get posters etc drawn up and make your own site on Bebo or Facebook.

All you can do for a job, is probably a paperboy, if you're not old enough, you can't work, therefore you wont be able to get any money.

Or just go around asking people if they want their car washed for 5 pounds.

Find somewhere to volunteer together or find a church youth group to get involved in. They usually have a bunch of activities.
