How can I find useless, old files and folders on my computer.

Question

My computer has went through a lot of viruses and problems and alot of programs have been on it and back then I wasn't that bright with PCs so I want to know if there's a way to find old .exec files, folders and other useless stuff that are either not mine...and are form old viruses or I didn't know that they were there but I still don't need them.

One time I threw up in my bedroom and I cleaned it up...but there was still a stain on the ground...after a while I got rid of the stain and now the room looks better.... Catch my drift... :P

I hope I made myself clear because I'm not that good with words and with alto of explaining.

Try to use the CCleaner, may work:
