How can I find which Australian telephone exchange and telephone company a telephone number belongs to?

We're getting nuisance calls from telemarketers from this number calling up several times a day and not saying anything or just hanging up. I know they're telemarketers because I did a bit of research. The number is 02 9112 5000. If you can tell me who they are, great, if you can tell me how to find exchanges and telcos for any given number, perfect!
