I'm supposed to write an essay about myself. I'm only a few sentences in and I'm already stuck. Can anyone think of how to finish this sentence nicely?

My life is relatively normal. If it were made into a movie, I guarantee you it would not be a huge hit at the box office. It has all the usual characters; family, friends, and of course the main character, me. Not be cocky, but I am pretty fabulous. So let us start at the beginning, where all of this fabulousness _____________

  1. How about changing the last sentence to "Where did all of this fabulousness come from? I'll tell you. It first started when..."

  2. are you trying to say started?

    maybe you could say commenced?

or "where all of this fabulousness came to be"

  3. So let us start at the beginning, where all of this fabulousness gestated for nine months in a womb before emerging through a birth canal in the form of a blood and mucus covered baby.

    ...too graphic? Sorry.

  4. begun/began blossomed

  5. Began.. Then go on to the story of how you were born or anything interesting that may have happened when your mother was pregnant with you? How you got your name maybe where you were born and when.

  6. FINE!
