Question:

How can I fit in morning workouts?

I have just started running and I want to be able to practice/train/ help myself improve through out the day. Right now I am focusing on my mornings.

what kind of practice/stretches/training can I do with the following time in the mornings? 5 minutes? 10minutes? 15 minuts? 20 minutes? 30 minutes?

any help is appreciated.

  1. If you only have a little bit of time, you can do stretches, like toe touches, calf stretches, quad stretches, anything that you feel loosens you up. If you have a little bit more time, you can do an ab routine, some push-ups, and other various exercises. My best advice would be to get a workout tape/dvd and pop it in each morning. One of my favorites is Perfect Core and Perfect Abs. Both DVDs offer a range of activities that are quick and you'll never get bored. Check out Amazon.com if you interested in purchasing them.
