How can I fit "learning to play the drums" into my senior project guidelines?

I want to learn to play the drums for my high school senior project. But every project has to fit within one of these three categories:

1. proves a chosen issue is a problem and proposes a solution

2. investigates a subject and comes to a conclusion

3. states an arguable position and supports that position

How would I fit learning to play the drums into one of these categories? (most likely category 2)

yea, your best bet is to say that is fits into no.2.

the subject-learning to play the drums... your investigating how hard it is to learn to play them/ how long it will take you to play them properly/ how learning to play an instrument develops you as a character/how it affects your life overall... (eg. you made new friends, practising kept you out of trouble,you came out of your shell, joined a group, made money etc, etc)

  then just write the conclusion on what ever of the sugestions i gave you...
