How can I fix a pink line running through the middle of my LG Shine?

How it happened: I placed my phone, lightly, on top my drawer like I usually do. When I placed it on top of my drawer, the screen was facing down.

I want to know the cause (or causes) of the pink line.

I want to know how to fix it.

Please help. Thank you

If there is a pink line in the display there is nothing you can do, the lcd screen has been damaged somehow. Usually it takes some kind of pressure or heat to do that. Check to be sure that there was nothing that could be wiped off, then try powering down the phone and restart, if that does not work your stuck, sorry hope this helps.
