How can I fix fine cuts in glass?

Question

Bought a glass emerald and it has a small scrape in the face. The scrape is very fine and not deep but if you run your fingernail over it it will catch.

It is cut like a diamond with a point but the point is a little chipped but I am guessing this is beyond repair.

Find a gemologist. Google cutting precious stones and there are alot of people who do it as a hobby and it can either be recut or polished if it's not that bad.
