How can I fix my employment record?

Ever since I left school my employment record has been really bad. I've walked out of three jobs due to my mental health which I'm currently in the process of sorting out. I had a job not that long ago which I really wanted to keep but I was unfairly dismissed. I can't do anything about it because I was on 6 months probhation. I've applied for other jobs but my employment history is so bad most employers won't even give me a chance. I really want to get myself out of this and i genuinely regret my mistakes. What can I do?

  1. This is something that cannot be undone.  It is your History.  Best you can hope for is an entry level job and start building a new work history

  2. It will be difficult to overcome.  I agree that getting any entry level employment and holding down that job and impressing the employers with what you have going now is the best route you can probably go.  Good luck.
