How can I fix my internet connection?

It is wired and I cannot connect to the internet.

What is wrong with it? Is it wireless internet or wired? You need to give us more information as to what is happening. Like can you connect to the internet? Is it slow?

You need to be more specific about your problem, Suzy.

What hardware are you using for your internet? What computer and OS do you use? Were there issues before you lost the ability to connect? Have you had problems with internet connection before now? Is any of the hardware (including your computer) used, or is it all shiny and new?

I don't know what else to ask... All of the problems I've had before only required the resetting or hard rebooting (of the internet receiving and broadcasting units) or creating a new network o.o
