How can I fix my leather couch?

It's about 4 years old, and around 2 years ago I started to notice the seat back and bottom were becoming very dull and rough. What started to happen next is that whenever its humid (i.e. if you're watching a long movie on a hot humid day) your clothing will start literally "Stick" to the leather. When you try to pull off the clothing it pull all the black dye away and the clothing is ruined but the leather is still smooth to the touch.

I would say the topcoat/lacquer worn off.

A professional would fix for $600 but I just don't have this kind of money.

Can you recommend some products?

Wow....I would call the manufacturer.  No leather should do that.
