During my flight back to the U.S. I slept for like 6 hours in the afternoon, and then I only slept for like 3 hours at night. And then I'm awake until 2 o' clock when I'm tired again and I sleep for 6 hours and it goes on and on and on. I really want to fix it before I go to high school LOL.

  1. Ah, yes.  Jet lag.  Enlist some help.  I flew to Bangladesh a few years ago and had to have someone help me take short naps for a few days.  I agree with the person who said you should set your alarm to the time for school, and then get out of the house.  Go somewhere that you can't fall asleep.  If you need a nap for a couple days, have someone shake you awake after an hour or two.

  2. Good God, your just a child and you have this kind of sleeping problem?  See a Doctor.

  3. Set your alarm for whatever time you have to get up for school.  Set the clock across the room so you have to get out of bed. Do not get in that bed again till it's time to go to sleep.  No napping allowed.  You'll be tired for a few days, but then your brain will get used to what's call a "circadian rhythm." and you'll be right back on track!  :)
