Question:

How can I fix my water control handle for my steam shower?

I have one of these showers that I purchased a couple of years ago. The past week the water control handle started leaking badly. I have looked at Lowe's and didn't see anything that would come close. The manufacturer is Mesda. It is a model WS-801A. I ordered it from someone on ebay and don't have their information anymore. I spoke with a Mesda rep, and they do not have a warranty. They stated that I should speak with the seller on ebay for warranty fulfillment but this is impossible since the person I bought this from is no longer on ebay and also told me that it has a 5 year warranty that I haven’t been able to find. I can't afford to replace the whole shower at the moment and just need a quick fix… any help will be greatly appreciated

  1. Same thing happened to us last fall, we ended up having to get rid of it because we couldn't locate a part. Instead we ended up purchasing the shower from a US based supplier called, Resauna out in Houston, they had a lot of similar models to replace our old one, but they had an in house parts replacement/warranty fufillment center. Its too early to tell if there's going to be any problems but so far so good.
