How can I fix photo sharing problems. Photos appear digitized when I receive on my end.?

Also when I send my photos they appear digitized on my friend's view. If exchanging photos with people not on a buddy list, the photos always appear grey with no image.

You are probobly sending thumbs, then when they get blown up, they are digitized.
