How can I flatten my stomach in 3 days?

I am going to this big pool party that my friend is having in about 4 days, and I want to flatten my stomach so that my bathing suit looks good. I am 5'1" and weigh about 121 lbs. If I were a little bit taller, everything would even out and I wouldn't look as chubby lol. It's not that i'm fat, I just need to tighten up my stomach a little. Is there any way I can do that without any special diets or diet pills or anything like that in just 3 days??

  1. Try some crackers for breakfast lunch and dinner.  If your really hungry though try a heaping plate of ketchup


  2. Starting right now for the next 4 days, eat as little as you can (but don't starve, just cut back as much as you can) AND drink 6 big glasses of water each day. Also, do 50-100 crunches (that's an ab exercise, look it up) a day until the party. This won't work miracles because 4 days isn't long enough, but you should feel and see some difference.
