I've done a lot of stupid things in the past.

Here are my problems for the day:

1. said a wrong word made everyone laughed

2. 2 hours early for school because I misread the timetable....

I need some embarrassment controls. I do not want to embrass myself in public.

*******I want to forget all my embarssing moments!!!

  1. well first of all, those really shouldnt be embarassing moments becuase they really arent that bad. and second- your not going to forget your embarassing moments. you just cant let them bother you becuase really your the only one that cares. I remember a few years ago in highschool i walked into the building from outside in the rain, and i slipped on the floor and this guy saw me and he probably saw right up my dress. he laughed and i laughed (which made the whole situation better) well i was talking about it not to long ago and he didnt even remember that happening! so like isaid youd be suprised how much people DONT care

  2. Why dwell over the past?  It puts such a burden on your shoulders.  Just forget about it, its the past, its unchangable, move on.  Youll be fine.  Why waste your time thinking about it when you could be thinking about right here and now.  Just leave it alone.  Love and Light.

  3. We're all human, and can't help but make mistakes, it's in our nature! The best thing to do is try and laugh it off, even if it does get to you don't let others know that; play it cool and people are far more likely to forget whatever it was you did a LOT more quickly.

  4. just forgive yourself for being human and know that everyone makes mistakes.  know that this is nature's way of reminding us that we are less than perfect.  be the first to laugh it off and don't give these moments any more time or energy than anyone who witnessed them does - because trust me, they don't.

  5. Please don't take offense, but I think you might be overreacting a bit. Everyone gets embarrassed. Repeatedly, and for the rest of their lives. It's just a fact of life.

Instead of trying to forget them or stress out about them, learn to laugh at yourself. I'm famous for walking into doors and walls, but I don't freak out about it.

Besides, nobody else will remember what you did, even minutes later. They're more concerned about themselves and their issues.
