How can I format my cell phone?

I have a ZT e86 china cell phone and is acting weird. It keeps rebooting every 5 seconds so I couldn't get in to the settings. Can't access it through my Pc either... can anybody tell me what to do? anything is appreciated...

  1. my phone has a format button in settings


  2. Remove the battery and leave it out for a day then start again ~~
