Yeah...
I'm 15, like 5'11, 215 pounds, and can only bench like 100 pounds, I know it's kinda sad.
My family is kind poor, and I really need to lift weights, but once again, I'm a poor minor.
I would do pushups, but I can only do 10 without passing out. I can only do like 20 crunchs.
I walk about two football fields every day.
I just need to gain muscle, not rely on my nuts to build it.
