  4. Since you're inquiring about gaining weight, then I'm going to assme you're a guy. I'm going to show you how I gained 23 lbs in one summer.

You see, I had the same problem when I was younger. I was really fit and "cut" but was also very skinny. When I was in my early 20's, I weighed about 120 lbs and I managed to get up to 143 lbs in about 2 months. I had a superfast metabolism back then. Anyhow, here's what what I did:

I ate a lot. When I say a lot, I mean a lot. I ate a lot of whole eggs, whole milk, steaks, chicken, cheese, and yes, weight gain powder. I was eating about 2500 calories per day, spread out into 5 meals.

I worked out heavy on the big 3--the bench press, squat, and deadlift. I would do bench press, and dips on Monday, rested on Tuesday, did deadlift and chinups on Wednesday, rested on Thursday, did squats and some type of ab and arm work on Friday, then rested the weekend. I was lifting as heavy as possible on the big 3 working up to max poundages. If you don't know how to bench press, squat, or deadlift properly, you might end up injuring yourself when you go heavy so make sure you get some training from a qualified person.

I also rested a lot. The following advice goes against what I would regularly give a someone, but if your goal is to gain weight, you must lead a sedentary lifestyle, aside from your weight workouts of course. Rest as much as possible, play video games, be a couch potatoe, don't do any other sports, at least until you get to the weight you want to be. Sleep as much as possible too, 8-10 hours at least.

I must warn you that this advice regarding the diet and rest protocol I outlined ONLY applies to those who are healthy, underweight, young, and have a fast metabolism.

    I hope this helps.

  5. Building muscles is important for weight gain.  Protein is very important in order for you to build muscle. This you get from beans, peas, seeds, nuts and meats. For these to brake down properly you also need your other foods - fruits and vegetables along with your carbohydrates. You also need to be eating at least 3 square meals per day along with your exercise. Water is also very important in your diet. Drink 8 - 10 glasses per day. Water helps to dissolve toxins and have them flushed out. Ridding the body of toxins helps improve metabolism.

  6. i don't know if you're a boy or a girl. a guy friend of mine was terribly skinny and wanted to gain weight. So he ate as much as he could, particularly after midnight. Purposely did that. and he kept visiting the gym to build up muscles. and few months after that, the results are great. He's a hot guy already.

if you're a girl, you could try do the same.(lucky you). take more carbs. that is, if you don't wanna waste money on the weight gain products. Renee Zellweger ate fatty foods n drank a lot to get into Bridget's frame

  7. It's so strange to hear someone wanting to GAIN weight, which is extremely easy; eat a lot... but healthy foods.

Trust me if you do that you'll be at a very healthy weight... and I'm not positive but I think your current weight is already healthy.

Consider yourself lucky, it's so much harder losing weight.

    xoxo.
