  1. boost along with working out regularly will do the trick


  2. Don't take Creatine unless you are very scrawny.

    All it does is retain water, and make you BIGGER, not necessarily stronger.

    Also, it causes seriously painful cramps.

    This is what i did to lose weight while becoming toned. No expensive stacker products or anything.

    70g Protein / day

    45 min. Weightlifting 3 days / week

    45 min. Cardio 3 days/ week (to stay in shape)

    1 day of rest and large caloric intake

  3. Increase you calorie & protein intake. Do some strength training exercises & add a protein rich shake like Ensure Plus to your diet. To increase muscle mass even faster take in sugars & protein right after a workout.

  4. well one thing i know will not help is protein shakes really all you need is to eat relly good,lift a 5,10 or 20 pound weights 10 times 3 times a day and just keep on going up with that and wen it gets easier to lift the weights go up until you reach your goal.

  5. All through highschool i had that problem. The only time i consistently put on weight was when i was lifting at least 3 times a week, drinking protein shakes afterwards, and every night i would eat a pbj or two. It worked pretty well because i was staying really active with soccer and track. I'm sure there are plenty of other ways though

  6. I suggest lifting weights and drink those protein drinks that so many athletics and gym amateurs drink.
