How can I get 'Sightspeed' to work on my computer?

I don't know if I've changed something on my laptop that would have caused it not to work...I'm completely stuck as to why it won't load. I enter my username and password and then it doesn't load my contact list, and I can't do anything but exit the program and change video and audio settings.

I've deleted the program twice and downloaded again, and I don't know what I should do. I need this program!

If you've tried re-installing it and still it doesn't work then try running the system restore in help and support. Also, you could try using the compatibility wizard through help and support too. If nothing works then try downloading it from another website where you can download lots of software.
