How can I get Alltel ringtones?

Hello, I used to have Verizon and T-mobile and It would be really easy to download ring tones and make my own ring tones using an outside source but with Alltel they're ring tones are locked and you can only download from they're website. Does anyone know a program or website where I can get ring tones instead of Alltel so I don't have to pay an outrageous $2.99 for each of them? Thanks
