How can I get Event Pokemon in Pokemon Pearl without going to an Event to?

I live in Australia and Events don't happen much and I want to get Event Pokemon

its true us aussies dont get much event here. but next year in june or july at some westfeild shops pokemon usa will come and do a event for us yay! its called pokemon connection tour 09 and i cant wait! but if you want it now go to a gamesmen store and buy an action reply for $70 and put it in your ds and put event pokemon in its cool and easy! or you can but one off ebay for around $40

i have an answer to your question , action replay is banned in your country unless you ... buy it online. yeah , just buy a nds action replay i did the same thing i bought the action replay from ebay cause there's non in my country.

You can easily trade  any pokemon you wanty at the GTS in Jubilife city
