How can I get (Free) Ringtones on my Cell Phone?

I want to get free ringtones on my cellphone without accessing Edge or

any other form of internet.

I have a Samsung D900 with T-Mobile.

Does anybody know a good way to download ringtones?

In case its needed, im looking for "Lollipop" by Lil Wayne

do you have internet on your phone?

if so then on your computer go to myxertones.com

send the song to your phone n download it.

but it might not work on t-mobile.
