Microsoft Excel MS and all its trademarks are copyrighted and you are unable to legally download any such product for free. Although you are able to download this program via. torrents (or so I have heard) .....

You can't any program claiming to be able to do it is probably a scam and will infect your computer/laptop with malicious software.

You can, however, download a program that is LIKE Excel, for free, http://openoffice.org comes complete with a full office suite designed to be a full office suite for people that don't want to pay for Microsoft Works.

It doesn't contain any viruses, in case your wondering.
