Is there a very simple way to get sky on the second TV?

Is getting a sky magic eye useful - I have seen they are available for £5 on ebay by non-sky sellers

Can I do this with an antenna cable and a splitter? I have tried as advised before on yahoo answers -but didnt work.

Thank you for your help

  1. If you connect a coaxial cable from the Sky Box's RF2 OUT to the second TV. You will be able to view the same channel in another room. Buying the Sky Magic Eye will allow you to change the Sky Channels from another room. But first of all you will have to enable the RF2 Out. Here are the steps.

    Enabling RF OUT 2

    1 Press the SERVICES button

2 Press the NUMBER 4 button (System Set-up)

3 Press the 0,1 then the SELECT button [Installer menu]

4 Press the NUMBER 4 again. [RF Outlets]

5 Press the DOWN ARROW button once. [Outlet power supply]

6 Press the SIDE ARROW button once. [turning power on]

7 Press the DOWN ARROW button once again. [save new settings]

    8 Press SELECT

  2. You need a second receiver.

Or, you can split the output from the first receiver to two TVs.
