How can I get Taiwanese police clearance from the UK? I am a South African citizen.?

The local police station can't help me. I need the contact detail of some or another Taiwanese police presence in the UK. The Taiwanese embassy/ consulate websites don't help either.

Taiwanese Economic and Cultural Office since UK is not recognizing Taiwan as a country but a province of China.
