How can I get Twiggy style eyelashes?

How they are separated like that. I've tried false lashes but they just look way too long and drag queen-like (not that there's anything wrong with drag queens!). Anyway, what are some techniques or recommendations for me? I really love that sixties look, and I'd love to know how do it!

I think that the top lashes are fake and the bottom ones are drawn on with eyeliner.

USE LOTS AND LOTS OF MASCARA

apply lots of mascara , it'll naturally just start to clump like that .
